In this role, you will be key to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and vibrant atmosphere for members and guests. You will work within a supportive team environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Role Description As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will manage front-of-house café operations by preparing and serving fresh, nutritious food and beverages. You will maintain high service standards while fostering a friendly, professional, and relaxing environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality, healthy food and drink promptly while maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

• Provide warm, attentive customer service to deliver an outstanding experience for members and guests.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute creative ideas to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, empathetic customer-service approach.

• Basic computer literacy, including confidence with foundational tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.

• High level of initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
