Salary/Rate: £12.82 to £14.00 per hour (dependent on the client you are working with)

Working Pattern: Full-time and part-time available; shift-based pattern including weekends, nights, and bank holidays

We are acting on behalf of Westbrook Care Ltd—a CQC-registered provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering person-centred supported living services—to recruit passionate and reliable Support Workers to join their growing team in Surrey.
In this rewarding role, you will provide individualised supported living and care for adults with autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and behaviours that challenge. Grounded in a commitment to respect, consistency, safety, and independence, you will help clients who are often considered hard to place to thrive, build life skills, and participate fully in their local community.
1. Client Care & Daily Support
Deliver individualised care and support in strict accordance with agreed care plans and positive behavioural support protocols.
Support clients with daily routines, essential life skills, and community engagement to promote independence and dignity.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential care records.
2. Team Collaboration & Safeguarding
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, adhering closely to safeguarding guidelines and organisational care protocols.
Foster a safe, supportive home environment and ensure the health, safety, and rights of clients are prioritized at all times.
Essential Criteria
Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong empathy and a person-centred approach.
Requirements: Right to work in the UK; flexibility to work a shift-based pattern including weekends, nights, and bank holidays; and willingness to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience working in care or supported living is welcome, though not essential as full training is provided.
Pay & Progression: Competitive starting rate of £12.82 to £14.00 per hour, supported progression pathways to senior roles, and a refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
