Hours: Full-time or part-time agency shifts (Waking Night shifts: Monday to Sunday, 22:00 – 07:00; minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care providers for pediatric complex care packages. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to support a 1-year-old baby girl overnight in her family home in Bromley.
She is a happy baby who loves sensory toys, music, and lights, and occasionally needs gentle reassurance to help her settle back to sleep. If you are calm, nurturing, and confident providing specialist pediatric care, this is the ideal role to make a profound difference.
Specialist Paediatric Care: Provide safe, attentive overnight support, monitoring and managing complex clinical needs in a calm, nurturing home environment.
Sensory Engagement & Reassurance: Support comfort and sleep routines, offering gentle reassurance, cuddles, and sensory interaction through play where appropriate.
Personal Care & Documentation: Deliver personal care when required, accurately record care details, and report any health concerns promptly.
Family Partnership: Build a trusting, professional relationship with the family while acting as a dedicated advocate for the child.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous complex pediatric experience is essential.
General care experience including personal care delivery.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
A calm, caring, nurturing, and professional approach.
