We are recruiting a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (Relief) on a permanent relief basis on behalf of Gledhow in Leeds, a warm and friendly nursing home.
In this vital role, you will provide high-quality nursing care and clinical leadership, overseeing care delivery and supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and purpose. You will lead an allocated team during shifts, manage medications safely, and ensure compliance with professional standards in line with MHA’s core values.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse qualification with a current, active NMC PIN.
Experience: Evidence of ongoing professional development and experience in care planning and supervising care staff.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with confidence using electronic care systems.
Approach: A flexible approach to working various shift patterns (including nights and weekends), and a genuine passion for older people's care.
