Paediatric Care Assistant (Night Shifts)
Locations: Crawley, Haywards Heath, Horley, Horsham, Gatwick, and Redhill (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Minimum 21 hours per week (Full-time and part-time available)
Shifts: 9-hour night shifts
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a young child with complex healthcare needs in their family home across the Crawley and Surrey/Sussex border region. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)
