About the Role & Location
Where You’ll Be Working: Nightingale Care & Nursing Home in Derby (a CQC-regulated care home).
Working Hours: 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Typically working 6-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (some flexibility with working hours is available).
Your Key Responsibilities:
Bring energy, creativity, and fun into the daily lives of residents.
Plan engaging activities, games, quizzes, crafts, and meaningful one-to-one moments.
Organise exciting events such as BBQs, seasonal parties, and celebrations.
Arrange visits from external entertainers, community groups, and local businesses.
Support movement, health, and independence through fun physical activities.
Lead social outings and in-home group activities tailored for all abilities.
What We Need From You
A warm, creative, and people-focused personality.
A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
Availability to commit to 24 hours per week, including working alternate weekends.
