Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, compassionate nursing care tailored strictly to individual patient needs within a post-surgical ward setting.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams and practitioners across departments to maintain continuous care quality.
Maintain clear communication, precise patient records, and full adherence to clinical standards and ward procedures.
Requirements
Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
Extensive post-registration experience working within a post-surgical ward environment.
Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to working flexibly on an ad-hoc basis.
