On behalf of our client, Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join the permanent team at Bamfield Lodge Care Home in Bristol.

About the Role
As a Housekeeping Assistant working 24 hours per week across morning and evening shifts, you will be responsible for keeping the home clean, safe, and hygienic, directly enhancing the everyday environment for residents, visitors, and care staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Comprehensive Cleaning: Carrying out a variety of housekeeping and domestic cleaning duties throughout resident rooms, communal areas, and staff facilities.
Infection Control & Hygiene: Maintaining strict infection control and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for all residents.
Warm Resident Interaction: Engaging politely and warmly with residents and visitors while carrying out daily tasks.
Team Collaboration: Working alongside the domestic and care teams to maintain a safe, spotless, and welcoming care home.
