In this part-time bank role based in Colchester, UK, you will work on an ad-hoc basis according to business needs and your availability. You will support the efficient running of the pharmacy department by managing pharmaceutical stock levels, procuring items using electronic systems, receiving goods, and accurately dispensing medicines in Colchester, UK.
Accurately dispense, assemble, label, and process medicines in a timely manner while monitoring department stock levels in Colchester, UK.
Procure pharmaceutical stock using electronic systems, receive deliveries, reconcile purchase orders, and resolve anomalies in Colchester, UK.
Provide day-to-day guidance to pharmacy staff and coordinate operational tasks to maintain efficient pharmacy workflows in Colchester, UK.
Mandatory NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Pharmacy Service Skills (or equivalent) with active registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) in Colchester, UK.
Proven pharmacy technician experience within a hospital or community pharmacy environment; a SACT Passport is beneficial in Colchester, UK.
Strong literacy, numeracy, IT proficiency, and communication skills with a high attention to clinical detail in Colchester, UK.
