You will play a key role in ensuring the property's facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained to a high standard while supporting the wellbeing of residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance, repairs, and health & safety compliance checks across the care home.

• Monitor building systems, report maintenance issues, and coordinate repairs with approved contractors when required.

• Ensure the home and its grounds remain safe, clean, and fully compliant with maintenance and safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or general building services.

• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and planned maintenance procedures.

• Full UK driving licence with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
