Visa sponsorship: available – Anthropic's job page says "We do sponsor visas!"

Anthropic is looking for an Applied AI Engineer in London to be a technical adviser to fast-growing, tech-forward companies building on the Claude Developer Platform.

What you will do:

• Work hands-on with customer engineering teams through pair programming, architecture reviews and code contributions
• Build prototypes, evaluation suites and technical documentation
• Share patterns from customer work with Anthropic's product and engineering teams
• Create developer content and run hackathons, webinars and office hours
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and support

What they ask for:

• 4+ years as a software engineer, forward deployed engineer or technical founder
• Customer-facing or pre-sales technical experience
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications and strong Python skills

Pay stated by the employer: £225,000 to £255,000 a year (annual salary).

Anthropic's page says it does sponsor visas, although it cannot sponsor every role and every candidate; if it makes you an offer it will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa. Staff are expected in the office at least 25% of the time.
