Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit two organised, proactive, and compassionate permanent Project Administrators to join their dedicated team at the Lonsdale Hub in Birmingham city centre.
In this vital support role, you will be the welcoming face of the service, acting as the first point of contact for calls, visits, and enquiries. Working alongside specialist teams supporting vulnerable and homeless individuals, you will manage core administrative tasks, coordinate office operations, handle data reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.
Reception & Front-of-House: Act as the face of the service, ensuring all calls, visits, and enquiries are handled professionally, warmly, and with compassion.
General Administration: Manage correspondence, data entry, record-keeping, minute-taking at meetings, and maintain efficient filing systems.
Data & Financial Support: Collate, monitor, and report key data and statistics; manage office supplies, stock ordering, and petty cash systems under senior guidance.
Office Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and prescription administration.
Experience & Knowledge: Knowledge of general office procedures and basic administrative practices (reception experience is an advantage).
Technical Skills: IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and accurate data entry, alongside solid numeric skills.
Core Competencies: Good organisational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a supportive team.
Approach: Mature, empathetic, non-judgmental attitude with a strong commitment to equal opportunities and diversity. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to a basic DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
