Dimensions is looking for Support Workers in Bath (BA1), full time at 37.5 hours a week, in a warm home for eight adults aged 40 to 60 with complex health and support needs, including epilepsy, PEG feeding, physical disabilities and communication needs.

What you will do:

Help with personal care, daily living, grooming and self-care routines
Give medication and follow healthcare plans, PEG feeding and epilepsy protocols (full training given)
Follow speech and language therapy guidance on eating and communication
Go with people on shopping trips, days out and hair and beauty appointments
Work closely with families and health professionals

Comfort supporting people with complex needs, including female personal care with dignity
Complex care experience helps but is not essential – full training is given

Shifts include mornings, afternoons, long days and sleep-ins, with rotas given in advance.

Pay stated by the employer: £14.86 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in (an enhanced rate reflecting the complex care in the home).
