Care UK is recruiting a Bank Registered Nurse at Ancasta Grove care home in Sarisbury Green, Southampton. This is a bank role on days and nights, so you choose shifts that fit around your life.

What you will do:

Lead and support the care staff on shift
Give clinical nursing care, including medication management, infection prevention and control, wound care and catheter care
Support residents with a wide range of complex needs
Write tailored care plans and help keep clinical standards high

What they ask for:

Current NMC registration as a nurse
Knowledge of clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
Experience writing full care plans
