Female Clean Team Member (Weekends)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a dedicated Female Clean Team Member (Weekends) to join their team in Edinburgh, UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards across facility areas, particularly female changing rooms and showers. You will work closely with the facility team to deliver a safe, welcoming, and pristine environment for all members and visitors.

Role Description

As a Female Clean Team Member, you will execute routine and periodic deep cleaning duties using modern equipment to keep the club clean, safe, and organized. By maintaining exceptional attention to detail, you will ensure cleaning activities blend seamlessly into daily operations without interrupting member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive cleaning duties across changing rooms, shower areas, poolside facilities, and gym floors.

• Safely operate specialist cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.

• Maintain waste management procedures and uphold strict health and safety cleaning standards throughout the club.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role within a customer-facing or leisure environment.

• Good communication skills with an organized, proactive, and friendly approach to work.

• Female requirement (Exemption claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9) to service female changing facilities.
