Position Type: Bank / Casual (Flexible Hours)
Shift Pattern: Days (with alternate weekends when on duty)
Pay Rate: Up to £15.66 per hour

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a talented Bank Chef for Mount Vale Care Home. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover while helping prepare nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Working alongside the team, you will deliver hotel and restaurant standards of hospitality tailored directly to our residents' preferences.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: City & Guilds, NVQ/SVQ or equivalent culinary qualification, plus a good understanding of HACCP.
Experience: Experience working with fresh, seasonal food and an understanding of nutrition. Prior experience helping lead and inspire a kitchen team is a strong advantage.
Personal Qualities: A warm, personable approach, a genuine interest in resident wellbeing, and the ability to create a welcoming, fun environment.
