Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit two compassionate and driven permanent Opiate Recovery Coordinators to join their vibrant team in Croxteth, Liverpool.
In this rewarding role, you will manage a caseload of individuals accessing structured treatment for opiate dependence. From comprehensive assessments and risk management to psychosocial interventions, harm reduction, and opioid substitution treatment (OST) support, you will empower service users to reshape their lives, build recovery capital, and achieve sustained wellbeing.
Caseload Management: Manage a dedicated caseload of individuals accessing structured treatment for opiate dependence, completing comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and recovery plans.
Psychosocial Interventions & OST: Deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions, motivational interviewing, harm reduction advice, and support for individuals prescribed opioid substitution treatment.
Safeguarding & Governance: Carry out safeguarding responsibilities for adults and children, adhering strictly to information governance and organisational policies.
Partnership Working: Collaborate closely with GPs, mental health services, probation, housing, social care, and peer support networks to deliver coordinated, multi-agency care.
Experience & Knowledge: Solid knowledge and practical experience in delivering interventions for service users affected by opiate use and substance misuse.
Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient IT literacy, and strong time-management and prioritisation abilities.
Approach: Proactive, non-judgmental, person-centred team player capable of working both independently and within a multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements: Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
