About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Raleigh Manor Care Home.
In this vital leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care and support. Working closely alongside the management team, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, assist the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews, and always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while fostering a warm and vibrant environment.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate care professional ready to lead by example. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: A warm-hearted, compassionate, and motivational approach, with a commitment to providing individualised support. (Ongoing training opportunities offer clear career progression into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles!)
