About the Role
Are you passionate about software development and eager to build technology that impacts millions of customers? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Tesco Insurance and Money Services (IMS) to recruit talented graduates for their IMS Technology – Software Engineering Graduate Scheme based in Edinburgh.
Over this 2-year rotational scheme, you will develop a broad engineering skillset across software development, systems engineering, and test engineering. You will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build, test, and support reliable applications and cloud-based infrastructure that underpin vital customer and colleague experiences. To get off to the best possible start, you will also spend initial time supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications and cloud-based infrastructure.
Operations & Monitoring: Support infrastructure, systems monitoring, incident management, and daily operational activities across the technology landscape.
Testing & Delivery: Perform functional and non-functional testing for change initiatives to deliver robust, scalable cross-platform solutions at pace.
What We Are Looking For
Coding Experience: While a Computer Science degree isn't required, you will need some coding experience—whether from work, personal projects, or self-teaching.
Problem-Solving & Organization: Strong troubleshooting skills to tackle unknowns systematically, paired with excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
Curiosity & Drive: A proactive mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for testing ideas and working collaboratively.
