About the Role
We are recruiting a permanent Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the clinical team on day shifts at Newton House Care Home in Grantham.
In this clinical role, you will have full autonomy to make critical healthcare decisions and deliver person-centred nursing care that addresses the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. You will lead care delivery, administer medications safely, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical leadership and nursing care on day shifts.
Develop, update, and evaluate tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administer medications safely in full compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Uphold regulatory standards, including Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) frameworks.
Exercise clinical judgment to make critical decisions and foster a compassionate care environment.
About You
To join us as a Registered Nurse, you will bring:
Active NMC Registration (Registered General Nurse - RGN).
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory care frameworks (MCA/DoLS).
Proven experience in care planning, risk assessment, and safe medication administration.
A compassionate, thoughtful, and person-centred approach to nursing.
