About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse - Nights for Purley Gardens Care Home in Surrey.
In this vital night-shift clinical role, you will act as the person in charge, stepping in for the Manager as required and ensuring high standards of professional nursing care and safety for our residents throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake essential clinical nursing tasks, including the distribution of medication, wound dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and the management of chronic medical conditions.
Communicate proactively with resident families and GPs regarding any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care choices.
Supervise and effectively deploy care staff on duty, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive their required care.
Deliver exceptional standards of care by maintaining accurate clinical assessments and person-centred care planning.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: Valid First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience with up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies or qualifications.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities, with the confidence to instruct, mentor, and demonstrate best-practice care activities.
Clinical Knowledge: A solid, practical understanding of care planning and its execution.
