In this engaging role, you will design and deliver personalized activity plans tailored to the unique goals and interests of residents. You will collaborate closely with families and local community groups to foster a vibrant, stimulating environment where residents are encouraged to stay active, pursue new hobbies, and build meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized activity plans that align with residents' goals, promoting physical wellness and personal independence.

• Partner with residents, families, and local community groups to organize diverse events and meaningful social activities.
