Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for an Administration Co-ordinator - Catering to join the Support Services team at Cromwell Hospital in London, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support across catering, hospitality and retail operations within a leading healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency by managing reports, financial administration, compliance records and day-to-day coordination activities while contributing to an outstanding patient and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Produce operational reports, KPI dashboards and maintain accurate administrative and compliance records.
Coordinate payroll, rota administration, procurement processes, invoice management and hospitality bookings.
Support governance, financial reporting and operational teams by maintaining accurate documentation and resolving administrative queries.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within hospitality, healthcare, facilities management or a similar environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with payroll, financial administration, reporting systems or operational software such as EPOS is desirable.
