Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Domiciliary Care Assistant - Days to join Richmond Village Cheltenham in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting residents to live independently. Based entirely within Richmond Village, this role requires no travel, allowing you to provide person-centred care in one fixed location.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to residents in their apartments and care home.
Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and continence care.
Support residents during mealtimes and daily activities.
Respond to emergency care alerts when required.
Promote residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Work closely with healthcare professionals and the wider care team.

Requirements

Previous care experience is desirable.
Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is beneficial.
Compassionate and caring approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to delivering person-centred care.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including alternate weekends.
