About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Concierge for Hawthorns Northampton Care Home in Upton.
In this vital night-shift role, your focus will be to create a positive, lasting first impression of Avery by answering incoming calls, greeting night-time visitors warmly, and providing a high-quality service to ensure our residents feel secure and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct all visitors and night-time arrivals, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, background music, and overall cleanliness standards are maintained.
Handle resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively throughout the night.
Complete general administrative duties as required.
