About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit an experienced and motivating Team Leader (Food Services) for the Asda Express team in Sutterton, Boston. In this full-time day shift role, you will take the lead in one of our popular branded food-to-go outlets—such as Greggs, Subway, or Burger King—supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Being hands-on in daily operations, ensuring your team is confident, capable, and customer-focused.
Managing daily routines, supporting new starters, and maintaining strict food safety and brand standards.
Prepping food, managing customer queues, and solving problems on the floor to keep service running smoothly.
Acting as a key driver of the team’s success during busy periods.
About You
