ABOUT THE ROLE
As Home Manager at Harper Fields Care Home, you will be empowered with autonomy while backed by strong corporate infrastructure and support. You will lead the operational, commercial, and clinical performance of the home, fostering a culture of high quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement to maintain high standards across clinical quality, CQC compliance, and safeguarding protocols.
Provide inspirational leadership to motivate, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
Manage occupancy, local community engagement, and marketing strategies to ensure commercial success.
Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and business-minded care home leader with a proven track record of running successful, CQC Good or Outstanding-rated care homes.
Requirements & Experience:
Proven management experience leading a registered care home.
Strong track record in occupancy growth, care home marketing, and financial management.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance frameworks, and safeguarding standards.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff across all levels.
Passion for high-quality, person-centred care and strong local community links.
