About the Role
Are you a night owl looking for a dynamic, hands-on role? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a major nationwide retailer to recruit a dedicated Store Colleague for their busy Extra store in Pontypridd.
This role is centered around night-time operations and store preparation, offering great variety, teamwork, and daily challenges. Whether you are restocking shelves, picking online orders, or helping ensure the store is ready for customers, you will be a vital part of an inclusive and welcoming team.
Availability Window
We ask that you are available to work overnight during the following periods (contracted shifts are scheduled within these times with at least 3 weeks' notice):
Tuesday: 22:00 – 06:00
Friday: 22:00 – 06:00
Saturday: 22:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities
Store Preparation & Replenishment: Provide flexible support across the store including night-time shelf replenishment, online order picking, and general stock management routines.
Operational Excellence: Complete key store routines and make customer-focused decisions that drive sales, reduce waste, and support overall store performance.
Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards and celebrate success together.
What We Are Looking For
Age 18+: Applicants must be over 18 years of age due to night shift working hours (working before 6:15 am / after 9:45 pm).
Reliable & Proactive: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the initiative to make the right decisions on the shift.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward working well within a team.
