Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Aldi to find a driven and capable Deputy Store Manager. In this role, you will take immense pride in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, minimizing operational costs, and boosting overall efficiency. Supporting the Store Manager by training colleagues, overseeing displays, and achieving key sales targets, you will enjoy real responsibility and a clear stepping stone toward full store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Take charge and run the store seamlessly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Customer Excellence: Deliver friendly, professional customer service that goes above and beyond expectations.

• Team Engagement: Support the Store Manager in boosting employee engagement and meeting critical store KPIs.

• Quality & Stock: Monitor product quality and manage consistent stock rotation.

• Cash & Security: Oversee accurate till cashing up and safe deposit procedures.

• Compliance: Ensure strict Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained at all times.

Skills & Experience

• Leadership Background: Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

• Operational Skills: Highly skilled in effective time management and cost control.

• Results-Driven: Self-motivated, with a strong drive to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

• Compliance Mindset: Strong dedication to customer service excellence and operational compliance.

• Experience: Previous store management experience is a great bonus, but not essential.
