Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Residential Senior Carer for Washington Grange Care Home. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness), leading a team of care staff, handling medication administration and ordering, reviewing care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, nursing teams, and families to ensure exceptional, person-centred care.What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience in a residential care setting with proven team leadership skills.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivating, with strong decision-making abilities and a commitment to resident dignity.
