Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be the reassuring presence our residents rely on during the night. Your focus is to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and respected while maintaining their dignity.

• Support with personal care: Assist residents with bedtime routines, waking during the night, hygiene, and getting settled in the morning.

• Build relationships: Provide gentle companionship, reassurance, and a friendly listening ear.

• Maintain safety: Monitor the home throughout the night, ensuring a peaceful, secure environment.

• Deliver personalized care: Follow and contribute to individual care plans, honoring each resident's unique preferences.
