The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a growing architecture function supporting a wide-ranging technology transformation programme within the legal sector.
Operating across a broad remit, you will work closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners, and delivery functions to design scalable, secure, and commercially effective solutions that drive modern modernization forward.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned precisely with business goals and architecture principles.
Produce comprehensive high-level solution designs (HLDs) and review low-level technical designs.
Translate complex business requirements into practical, deliverable technology solutions.
Act as the vital bridge between senior C-suite stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Contribute heavily to architecture governance, standards, design patterns, and industry best practices.
Define integration approaches across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and cloud services.
Evaluate technology options and provide trusted recommendations for build-versus-buy decisions.
Mentor technical leads and support the continuous development of architecture capability across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Strong, proven experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and SaaS platforms.
Experience delivering robust application, integration, and cloud architecture solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage everyone from developers to executive leadership.
Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
Experience supporting cloud transformation, application modernization, and migration initiatives.
Desirable: Exposure to AI technologies, Microsoft AI services, or TOGAF-aligned architecture frameworks.
