About the Role

As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to train colleagues, check displays, and achieve key store targets. This role offers real leadership responsibility and serves as the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders aiming for a full Store Management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Take charge and run the store seamlessly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Customer & Team Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and hit KPIs.

• Operations & Compliance: Oversee till cashing up, safe deposits, stock rotation, quality control, and strict Health & Safety standards.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

• Business Savvy: Skilled in time management, target achievement, and cost control.

• Customer & Safety Minded: Passionate about high service standards and maintaining operational compliance.

• Prior Store Management experience is a bonus, but not essential!
