Location: Windmill Manor Care Home, 2 Fairviews - Off Holland Road, Oxted, RH8 9BD
Pay Rate: £22.50 per hour
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible (Cover for annual leave, sickness, and peak times)
Shift Pattern: Day or Night Shifts Available
About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive physical, psychological, and social care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being are supported with professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Exercise professional judgment and autonomy to make critical clinical decisions.
Develop, implement, and review tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administer medication safely in accordance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Ensure full adherence to regulatory frameworks, including MCA and DoLS.
Foster a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment for all residents.
About You
Qualifications: Active NMC registration with up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices.
Experience: Proven skill in producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of MCA/DoLS and pharmaceutical guidelines.
