Location: Mulberry Court Care Home, Gold Hill East, Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, SL9 9DL (A small, friendly boutique-style home in the heart of Chalfont St Peter)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank / Relief Night Carer for Mulberry Court in Chalfont St Peter. Mulberry Court is a warm, boutique-style home featuring 23 en-suite bedrooms and a dedicated visitor lounge, combining modern comforts with a deeply personal, friendly atmosphere.
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role through the night hours, ensuring residents feel safe, secure, and supported. Along with assisting with night-time routines and personal care, you will bring warmth, comfort, and peace of mind to our residents while they sleep.
Night Care & Support: Support residents with personal care routines and night-time needs with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Safety & Security: Maintain a watchful, reassuring presence throughout the night to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents.
Companionship: Offer gentle, reassuring emotional support and a friendly presence for any residents awake during the night.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the night team to maintain a calm, secure, and nurturing environment.
Experience: Both experienced night carers and those completely new to the care sector are warmly welcomed! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development.
Personality: A calm, empathetic, patient, and reliable nature with a genuine passion for supporting older adults through the night.
Communication: Good communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach.
Competitive Pay: £13.80 per hour.
