Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time (33.25 hours per week, working every other weekend on a 7-days-in-14 rota pattern)

Salary: £25,272 Per Annum Pro Rata

About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic Mobile Housekeeper (Band 2) to join their Estates & Facilities Team.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across two key hospital sites (Lynfield Mount Hospital and Airedale Centre for Mental Health). You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, service users, staff, and visitors while providing an efficient food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning Services: Deliver high standards of cleanliness in line with the NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021.

• Food & Beverage Services: Provide an effective and efficient catering service in compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene legislation and Patient Experience protocols.

• Site Flexibility: Work dynamically across BDCFT hospital sites (Lynfield Mount & ACMH) to maintain safe, welcoming facilities.

Rota Pattern (Two-Week Cycle)

• Week 1: Off (Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun) | Working (Wed, Thu, Fri)

• Week 2: Working (Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun) | Off (Wed, Thu, Fri)

Essential Criteria

• Experience: Practical experience in either food service or cleaning within a healthcare environment.

• Safety Awareness: Good understanding of health and safety protocols and COSHH guidelines.

• Certifications: Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Allergen Level 2 Certification (or willingness to work towards these during your 6-month probationary period).

• Requirements: Must possess the legal Right to Work in the UK (please note this role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship).
