The Role

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help maintain exceptionally high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep the store running like clockwork in a fast-paced and challenging environment. What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and support your team by drawing on company leadership and company principles.

• Problem Solve: Swiftly resolve operational challenges and delegate tasks effectively.

• Store Management: Manage operations within the store and lead colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Excellence on the Floor: Handle product freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure seamless shifts.

• Customer Focus: Give customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
