About the Role

Fairhome, situated right in Wrexham city centre, is looking for a dedicated Bank Support Worker to join our team. Our service offers essential residential and nursing support for 23 male and female individuals with mental health needs, alongside a range of other co-occurring conditions and support requirements.

Conveniently located for local transport and town amenities, our team is committed to fostering a safe, collaborative, and therapeutic environment where residents are treated with dignity as they navigate their health journeys.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Bank Support Worker, you will work flexibly within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth running of the service and the overall wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Care & Support: Assist with the day-to-day care requirements of our residents, ensuring their personal, emotional, and social needs are fully met.
Daily Operations: Participate in everyday activities and routine tasks that keep our communal spaces safe, organised, and welcoming.
Fostering a Positive Environment: Play an active role in creating an uplifting, structured experience for everyone who lives and works at Fairhome.
Collaborative Practice: Work closely under the guidance of qualified residential and nursing staff to implement personalised care plans.
