This part-time role offers variety, fun, and clear opportunities for personal and professional growth through Care UK's internal Learning Academy.

In this creative position, you will design and implement individualized activity programs to keep residents active, independent, and socially engaged. Working alongside care staff, families, and local community groups, you will bring energy and creative thinking to build meaningful experiences that enrich the daily lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify residents' unique preferences and implement tailored activity programs that foster independence and engagement.

• Partner with families, care staff, and local communities to organize diverse events and rewarding experiences.

• Bring initiative and creative thinking to design stimulating social and physical activities within a welcoming home environment.
