Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dedicated and compassionate permanent Male Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join their team in Great Yarmouth.

In this vital role within the criminal justice team, you will work at the forefront of local services to support individuals navigating the justice system. From initial entry screenings and risk assessments to multi-agency liaison with courts, police, and probation, you will empower service users to overcome substance misuse, build resilience, and achieve meaningful social reintegration.
Caseload & Care Planning: Support service users from entry through their recovery journey, providing screenings, comprehensive assessments, and structured recovery planning.
Multi-Agency Liaison: Work in close partnership with external agencies and justice professionals, including Courts, police, and probation services.
Risk Management & Safeguarding: Carry out rigorous risk assessments, evaluate group work suitability, adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, and follow robust safeguarding procedures.
Reintegration & Groups: Facilitate specialized group work programs and workshops to support social reintegration, peer support, and self-determination.
Gender Requirement: Genuine Occupational Requirement: Successful applicant must be male (under the Equality Act 2010).
Experience & Knowledge: Solid understanding of substance misuse issues, experience working within a similar support or criminal justice field, and good IT skills.
Clearances: Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain prison security clearance / HMPPS clearance, alongside completing an enhanced DBS check.
Approach: Proactive, empathetic team player with excellent communication and time-management skills. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK.
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
