Role Description

As a Duty Manager, you will manage operational duties during shifts, lead site standards, engage with members, and support club sales growth while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the club, including shift opening and closing procedures and upholding health and safety standards.

• Lead and support shift colleagues, conduct tours for prospective members, and drive site sales targets.

• Engage directly with members to build strong relationships and cover pool lifeguard breaks when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a track record of driving targets and business growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to complete site-specific lifeguard training.
