Key Responsibilities
Design and execute personalized activity plans that encourage physical activity, new hobbies, and mental stimulation.
Collaborate with residents, families, and community groups to organize meaningful social events and outings.
Maintain a fun, flexible, and creative atmosphere tailored to the varied interests and abilities of all residents.
Requirements
Strong creative thinking skills with a proactive, mature, and initiative-driven approach.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive connections with residents and stakeholders.
Previous activity coordination experience in care is beneficial, but a genuine passion for enriching lives is essential.
