About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant at Rothsay Grange Care Home, you will ensure residents receive the highest standard of quality care and support throughout the night.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care, daily living activities, and mobility.
Following individual care plans and supporting residents with food and drink.
Providing warm companionship and dedicated one-to-one time.
Creating a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment every night.
About You
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people is required.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
Attributes: Empathy, warmth, and a genuine passion for delivering compassionate care.
