As a Data Administrator Apprentice within our Restart team, you will support the Quality and Compliance function to ensure data is processed accurately, efficiently, and in strict accordance with contractual requirements.
While completing a formal Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience working with key database systems and administrative processes that help deliver positive employment and support outcomes for local participants.
Data Processing: Process key referral, programme start, and payment data through the Provider Referrals and Payments (PRaP) system.
System Management: Transfer data securely between internal systems and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) systems while maintaining absolute data integrity and accuracy.
Problem Solving: Identify, investigate, and resolve data processing issues, escalating where appropriate.
Quality Assurance: Complete robust quality and compliance checks on programme milestones and supporting evidence.
Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the wider Quality and Compliance Team to ensure contractual and regulatory standards are consistently met.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented communicator with good IT capabilities and a genuine enthusiasm for developing a professional business administration career.
Academic Foundation: Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
IT Competency: Good foundational IT skills, with specific proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
Communication Skills: Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks accurately, meet deadlines, and work effectively with high attention to detail.
Initiative & Independence: Ability to work independently, use personal initiative, and adapt seamlessly to changing workplace priorities.
Apprenticeship Eligibility: Must meet UK apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements, including having lived in the UK for at least three years.
Vetting Requirement: Ability to successfully undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks and complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire.
Financial Package: Competitive starting salary of £19,292.91 per annum.
