About the Role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant (Nights) to join the award-winning team at Pemberley House Care Home, operated by Avery Healthcare. In this rewarding night-shift role, you will work closely with the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of support and comfort for our residents through the night while safeguarding their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal hygiene and nighttime care needs, always promoting maximum independence, dignity, and respect.
Monitor resident wellbeing closely, recognizing clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, or signs of infection, and escalate any concerns promptly.
Act courteously and professionally toward residents, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
Practice safe systems of work across all nightly care tasks.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: No prior experience is required! We provide a thorough, supportive induction and training program to ensure you feel fully confident in your role.
