About this role
Turning Point is looking for a Team Leader / Group Work Lead in its drug and alcohol service covering Rochdale and Oldham, near Manchester. Supported by the Psychosocial Interventions Lead, you will be part of the service's leadership team.
What you will do:
- Lead and oversee the group work programme so evidence-based psychosocial interventions are delivered well
- Train and support staff to plan and run group sessions, and run groups yourself when needed
- Help with staff supervision, reports and service audits
- Support quality assurance so the service keeps its good CQC rating
- Work across both localities, sometimes in the community and in evenings until 8pm
