Monzo is hiring a Director of Product Design to lead design across Payments, one of its biggest multi-market business areas. You can be based in London or work remotely within the UK. Monzo's design team has over 115 product designers, researchers and brand designers.

What you will do:

• Shape design strategy and direction with senior Product and Engineering leaders
• Lead and grow a team of Product Designers
• Raise the quality of design thinking, collaboration and craft across Monzo
• Influence the wider customer experience for millions of people

Pay stated by the employer: £140,000 to £165,000 plus equity and benefits, with relocation help to the UK and flexible working hours.
