Male Clean Team Member

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a reliable Male Clean Team Member to join a premier fitness and wellbeing club in Baltimore Wharf, London, UK. In this essential role, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety across the facility, ensuring a pleasant environment for all members.

Working on a flexible bank basis, you will utilize modern maintenance equipment and follow established hygiene guidelines with support from team leadership. Due to specific operational duties, this position is open to male applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across designated facility zones, including general gym floors, changing areas, showers, and poolside spaces.

• Safely operate commercial machinery such as carpet cleaners, rotary machines, and scrubber dryers.

• Complete general sanitation duties, waste collection, and periodic deep cleaning tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills paired with a helpful, friendly attitude.

• Commitment to following health, safety, and hygiene standards rigorously.
