The Role
Are you warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people's lives? Camberley Woods Care Home is seeking a caring Care Assistant on a flexible bank contract to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team, ensuring continuity and excellence of service for residents.
No prior experience is required, as Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training programme to ensure your complete confidence in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal hygiene care while ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and signs of infection) and escalating them in a timely manner.
Acting courteously and respectfully toward residents and their visitors, celebrating the individuality of each person.
Practising safe systems of work across all daily tasks.

Requirements:

Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
