About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Bank Care Assistants for casual, flexible placements in Lymm, Cheshire.
In this role, you will assist residents with their daily living needs, ensuring they receive person-centered care, support, and companionship. Every shift brings a variety of meaningful tasks—from helping with meals and implementing care plans to spending valuable one-on-one time with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily personal care, mobility, and routines.
Supporting residents with nutritional needs, meals, and refreshments.
Following tailored care plans to ensure safety, dignity, and individual preferences are maintained.
Spending meaningful one-on-one time with residents, offering warmth and companionship.
Providing flexible cover for planned or unplanned staff absences across day or night shifts.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a residential or care home setting.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, empathetic, and reliable with a proactive "can-do" approach.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine dedication to delivering high-quality care.
